Never Too Young

I guess you are never too young to have friends. Brody is lucky to have a few up his sleeve. Last night Ken, Lauren, Brody, and I went to eat at Cock of the Walk with Rob,Kim, and Bryce. After dinner we went back to their house where Bryce thoroughly entertained us.

Here he is looking like a true cowboy all the way down to his boots and no shirt. Love it!

Sweet Bryce gives Brody kisses!

Bryce and Brody smile for the camera...Bryce even let Brody share his blanket.

Kim doesn't have to do much to make him smile! Now that he seems to be coping with the reflux, he really is a happy baby. We have been struggling with a bad cough for about 3 weeks now, but doc put him on an antibiotic yesterday. He gained almost a pound since the check up before. He is at 11 pounds 3 ounces at 3 months. We are so happy with how he is progressing. He can finally hold his head up and has gotten back to rolling over. After not being able to lay down for about 6 weeks, he really stopped having milestones. But it hasn't taken him long to pick back up where he left off.

State-Ole Miss Game

Tuesday night was the MSU Baseball game against Ole Miss. Of course we won! Even though we had to leave Brody with his parents, Ken and I still had a fun time. We went with Casey, Dane, Joanna, Scott and Hollye.
Casey and I sat together. We were on the first base side, three rows up! We had great seats!
We also got to see Kim, Rob, and Bryce. Bryce was very excited to see his Bulldogs. I think he was just as happy to jump in the inflatable jumpers they had there too. Look how high Bryce can jump!

We really miss hanging out with Bryce, Kim, and Rob. Its rare that you find neighbors who become such amazing friends. We are truly blessed! We miss you guys!!

Just had to throw these in...

I mean seriously...how cute is he!!!

Fat Boy!

Okay, so he's really not a fat boy yet...but he's well on his way! I took him for his weekly weight check and he gained 9 ounces in the last week. So he weighs 10 pounds 13 ounces. (Still in the 6-7%.) We are ecstatic!! Yay Brody!!!

Peace At Last!

Thank you to all of our friends and family who have been praying for Brody. We are finally seeing a change in him...for the better! The Prevacid has been a miracle worker. Brody threw up...get ready...only 1 time in 6 days! We couldn't believe it. He is a different baby. He LOVES to eat, all the time! We've gradually started adding more to his bottles and he is now taking between 3 and 4 oz per feeding. He is sleeping through the night and grinning ALL the time. He loves life. This is what parenting is all about. 8 weeks of throwing up and now he seems to be over it. THANK YOU JESUS!!
