I mailed in my National Board
Portfolio this afternoon. HUGE SIGH OF RELIEF!!!!! This has taken over the last 9 months of my life! And I'm finally finished with part 1. I will take the assessment part on June 13
th. And then pray like the dickens until November. I need all your prayers on this one. I can't imagine having to do this again! Of course I took pictures to document this grand occasion...
Brody was VERY excited...
...and even cheered Momma on by clapping...

Now, after almost having a heart attack, watching the post office lady
THROW my
portfolio box in the bin, we stopped by my parents because I needed some more
congratulations thrown my way. Have I mentioned I'm like freaking out excited that I actually finished!!!!!!
... I can always count on Brody to cheer me on!
We celebrated by hanging out outside cooking some burgers by the fire. Ken bought a bottle of wine, and we put Brody's new swing up. He LOVED it!!!!

Congratulations! I have no idea what you mailed but I can tell it's extremely important and the result of a lot of hard work! I've adopted 3 children internationally and I remember how extremely scary it was to hand all those documents that I had been working on so long over to the post office!
